Job summary

Yugo Pullman Hills is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for students on a scheduled route. The role is hourly / non-exempt with a pay of $21.00–$22.00 per hour and a robust benefits package.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will perform daily shuttle inspections, maintain records, assist passengers, and ensure adherence to traffic laws and company policies while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a clean driving record and meet federal & state driving standards.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
• Able to speak and read English to converse with residents and staff.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Shuttle in a safe and responsible manner on a scheduled route to all designated destinations.
• Always abide by all traffic laws and regulations and company policy.
• Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to insure cleanliness and good working order.
• Always deliver superior service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with routine cleaning and detailing of shuttle.
• Maintain mileage and maintenance records along with fuel and fluid levels.
• Assist passengers on and off the vehicle, as necessary, ensuring safe transport.
• Enforce federal, state, and company guidelines for shuttle passengers.

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

As the Shuttle Driver, you will be a key part of our community-based team and provide a safe and secure way for our student to get from point A to point B. Naturally, our students utilize this amenity frequently, so you’ll need to be organized, adhere to a strict schedule and ensure you provide a safe and excellent student experience!
