Job summary

Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is hiring a Shuttle Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for customers while their vehicles are serviced. You will support vehicle movement in the Service Drive and help keep operations organized and efficient throughout your shift.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong customer service skills. This position offers a three-day workweek with daily hours from 7am to 6pm and is based at 999 W Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85023.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Able to go up and down stairs.
• Flexible availability to work three days per week, Mon-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain a timely and reliable shuttle schedule.
• Assist with moving customer vehicles in the Service Drive.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and presentable.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report needs to management.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Support organized vehicle flow in the Service Department.

About The Role

Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. This role helps create a positive customer experience by providing safe, reliable transportation to and from the dealership while customers' vehicles are being serviced. When not transporting customers, the Shuttle Driver assists with vehicle movement in the Service Drive and helps maintain an organized, efficient service operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership while providing courteous, professional service.
• Maintain a timely and reliable shuttle schedule.
• Assist with moving customer vehicles in the Service Drive.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and presentable.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or service needs to management.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership team members.
• Assist with maintaining an organized flow of vehicles in the Service Department.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability to work three days per week, Monday-Saturday within the Service Department’s operating hours
