Chapman Hyundai Phoenix, part of Chapman Automotive Group, is hiring a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transport for customers and assist with vehicle movement in the Service Drive.

Join a team focused on customer experience, reliability, and a well-organized service operation. This role requires a valid license, a clean record, and availability three days per week, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to go up and down stairs.
• Flexible availability to work three days per week, Monday-Saturday.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership while providing courteous, professional service.
• Maintain a timely and reliable shuttle schedule.
• Assist with moving customer vehicles in the Service Drive.
• Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and presentable.
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or service needs to management.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership team members.
• Assist with maintaining an organized flow of vehicles in the Service Department.

About the Role

Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a friendly, dependable Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. This role helps create a positive customer experience by providing safe, reliable transportation to and from the dealership while customers' vehicles are being serviced. When not transporting customers, the Shuttle Driver assists with vehicle movement in the Service Drive and helps maintain an organized, efficient service operation.
