Job summary

North End Teleservices is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to transport NET employees on a fixed local route. You will operate a company shuttle, follow a set schedule, and maintain on-time arrival with a focus on safety and customer service.

This position offers regular shifts (Morning 5:00 AM–11:00 AM and Evening 3:00 PM–9:00 PM) and does not require a CDL, though a CDL is preferred. You will work locally and be part of a dependable, safety‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience operating a vehicle with GVWR of 10,000+ lbs is preferred.
• Reliable and punctual driving record is essential.
• Ability to transport 8–10 passengers safely.

Responsibilities

• Drive a fixed local shuttle route for NET employees.
• Pick up and drop off employees at established locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional vehicle environment.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all NET safety procedures and traffic laws.

Looking for a driving position with a consistent schedule, familiar passengers, and a set route?

North End Teleservices (NET) is hiring dependable, safety-focused Part-Time Employee Shuttle Drivers to provide transportation for our employees. This is not a rideshare, delivery, or public transportation position. You will drive a fixed local route transporting employees to and from work.

You'll know your route. You'll know your passengers. And you'll know your schedule.

Current Shifts Available

We are currently hiring for set shifts:

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM–11:00 AM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM

These are regular part-time positions with consistent, assigned schedules.

What You'll Do

As a NET Shuttle Driver, you play an important role in helping our employees get to and from work safely and reliably.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive an assigned company shuttle on a fixed local route
• Pick up and drop off NET employees at established locations
• Transport approximately 10-15 employees per route
• Follow established schedules and arrive at stops on time
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional vehicle environment
• Follow all traffic laws and NET transportation and safety procedures
• Communicate route delays, vehicle concerns, incidents, or other issues promptly
• Provide professional and courteous service to employees
• Complete required transportation documentation

• No CDL Required A CDL is preferred but is not required for this position.
• Company Vehicle You're driving for NET-not putting miles on your personal vehicle to complete your route.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Previous experience operating a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,000 pounds or more
• Safe and acceptable driving record
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Safety-first mindset
• Ability to safely transport approximately 8–10 passengers
• Ability to follow a fixed route and established schedule
• Professional and courteous communication skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Ability to complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and transportation documentation
• Willingness to follow all NET transportation and safety policies and procedures

CDL preferred, but not required.
