Job summary

Gray Line Tennessee is looking for professional Shuttle Drivers in Nashville to provide safe and courteous transportation on designated routes throughout Middle Tennessee. As part of the Charter Operations department, drivers will need to operate vehicles safely, conduct inspections, and maintain excellent customer service.

Applicants must have a valid Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger endorsement and a clean driving record. Gray Line offers health, vision, and dental benefits alongside a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous professional driving experience preferred.

Gray Line Tennessee is Nashville's Leader in Transportation with over 200 vehicles in the fleet and nearly 400 employees dedicated to providing safe, authentic, and professional transportation services. We currently operate five distinct businesses, all of which are oriented toward safety, quality, and customer service.

Shuttle Driver

Department: Charter Operations

Reports To: Director of Operations

Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Status: Full-Time

Position Summary

Gray Line Tennessee is seeking professional, customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services on designated shuttle routes throughout Middle Tennessee. Shuttle Drivers are assigned to a specific route and generally maintain a consistent schedule; however, flexibility is required to support operational needs and must be open to working morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles in accordance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and accurately complete required documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers.
• Maintain punctuality and adherence to route schedules.
• Communicate delays, service disruptions, and operational issues to management.
• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, endorsements, and qualifications.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Participate in required training, meetings, and safety programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement required.
• Must possess a clean driving record.
• No more than one moving violation within the past three (3) years.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous professional driving experience preferred.
