J & T Charters in Memphis, TN hires professional drivers who value safety and guest service. We operate year-round, with local and cross-country trips on modern buses and a focus on reliable, on-time transportation.

You will carry a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, keep a clean MVR, pass DOT checks, and maintain a neat appearance while delivering top customer service.

Starting wage is $18 per hour plus gratuity, with paid training, weekly pay, bonuses, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• 22 years of age or older with minimum of two years commercial driving experience.
• Must have clean MVR and DOT (Required).
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test according to DOT.
• Prior experience as a car service/chauffeur/shuttle driver welcome.
• Must have good customer service and clean appearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post trip assessment and ensure bus cleanliness.
• Driving local and/or cross-country trips in large vehicles.
• Use GPS to ensure efficient vehicle operation and on-time arrival.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests arrival to and from destinations safely.
• Report any bus which may need repair to the appropriate supervisor.
