What you need to be successful

As a Shuttle Truck Driver at Upper Lakes Foods, your success hinges on a unique blend of skills and abilities! First and foremost, a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. You'll need excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage your routes and paperwork efficiently. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll interact with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers daily.
