SP+ Hospitality is seeking a Shuttle Driver to warmly welcome guests and safely transport them within the resort or parking facilities. This role supports a high standard of guest service and contributes to a smooth guest experience in a dynamic environment.

The position is described as non-exempt with an hourly wage of $19.00. Associates may participate in comprehensive benefits and contribute to a retirement plan, while employment is at-will.

What do I do as a Shuttle Driver?

As our newest team member, you will be an integral part of the warm welcome and fond farewell process. Some duties include:

• Providing high level of guest service to each guest.
• Safely transporting guests from the resort or parking facility to hotel, shopping or other areas depending on location.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time (up to 6 or 8 hours, less break)
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
• Ability to work in extreme elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds (signs, luggage, etc.)

Hourly Wage

Salary Range: $19.00 per hour
