Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport residents on the community grounds in a courteous, safety-conscious manner. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed for resident assistance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong communication, and a friendly personality, working collaboratively with our onsite team to deliver dependable service to residents and guests.

• Operate the property’s golf cart to transport residents to and from overflow parking lot in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.

• Promote positive resident relations through prompt and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property’s golf cart to transport residents to and from overflow parking lot in compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
• Work with property staff to maintain proper working order.
• Light lifting to assist with resident groceries or bags.
• Interact with residents with customer service at the forefront. Promote positive resident relations through prompt and courteous service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to lift and assist with bags weighing up to 50lbs.
• Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills, and friendly personality.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• One year experience in similar position desired. Hotel, hospitality or other service experience a plus.
