US Foods is seeking CDL A Shuttle Drivers to safely transport goods between remote dispatch sites. The role offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a large, national food distributor family.

We require a CDL Class A with endorsements, DOT qualifications, and at least 6 months of commercial driving experience. Overnight work may be required, with paid training and overtime included.

Main Ingredients of the Job

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions required

What You Bring to the Table

• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• 6 months commercial driving experience required
• Doubles endorsement required AND minimum 6 months driving with doubles endorsements preferred
• Must be comfortable working overnight
• Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
• Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $31.65 - $35.27.

This role may also receive overtime compensation & retention bonus
