Job summary

The Hilton Atlanta Airport is seeking a friendly Shuttle Driver to ensure safe, efficient transport for guests to and from the airport and designated hotel areas. This on-site, full-time role requires welcoming service, adherence to traffic rules, and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, maintaining traffic flow, and clearly communicating hotel amenities. A valid driving record and strong guest-service skills are essential; HEI Hotels & Resorts

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger.
• Ability to ascertain information from luggage tags, claim checks and to identify specific airline/customer pickup and drop off points and street signs.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes and luggage.
• Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs and walking distances throughout the property with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Excellent driving record as verified by Motor Vehicle Report.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the airport terminal or other designated site in a safe and courteous manner.
• Park guest vehicles and retrieve valet parked vehicles as needed, using tickets to ensure proper delivery.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with luggage as they arrive or depart.
• Provide clear directions to hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
• Maintain driveway traffic flow to ensure accessible main entrance and loading zones.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests for assistance.
