Herman N Logistics is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated shuttle between Otsego, MN and Gwinner, ND. Drivers enjoy daily home time, consistent routes, and competitive pay with weekly payroll.

Average annual earnings range from about $85,000 to $100,000, plus per-mile and per-stop bonuses. Must have a CDL-A, 9 months of experience, clean driving record, a DOT Medical card, and be able to work weekends.

Job description

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Otsego, Minnesota, for a dedicated shuttle supporting Bobcat manufacturing. Enjoy consistent routes, daily home time, and competitive pay hauling equipment between Minnesota and North Dakota.

Pay & Earning Potential

• Average $85,000-$100,000 per year
• Average approximately $1,600 per week
• $0.58 per mile plus $22 per stop
• Additional $75 when working a sixth day
• P.M. drivers starting after 4 PM earn an extra $0.03 per mile
• Paid weekly

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily
• Monday-Friday, with every fourth Saturday
• Multiple A.M. and P.M. schedules available
• Set schedules and consistent shuttle routes

Routes & Freight

• Shuttle between the Otsego distribution center and the Gwinner, North Dakota, manufacturing plant
• Dry van trailers with occasional flatbed loads
• No-touch freight
• Load securement required for occasional flatbed shipments, using chains and D-rings
• Bobcat employees handle loading and unloading finished equipment

Equipment

• New 2025 Freightliner day cabs

Requirements:
