Herman N Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated shuttle role based in Otsego, Minnesota. Enjoy consistent routes between Minnesota and North Dakota, daily home time, and competitive pay that includes per-mile and per-stop incentives.

Expected earnings range from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with about $1,600 weekly and additional bonuses for weekend work. New 2025 Freightliner day cabs support the fleet and routes are No-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical card required.
• Able to work weekends and have reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Haul equipment between Otsego, MN and Gwinner, ND on a shuttle.
• Operate dry van trailers with some flatbed loads.
• No-touch freight on most runs and load securement as needed.
• Flexible schedules with daily home time and weekly pay.
