UPMC is looking for a full-time Shuttle Bus Driver (NON CDL), to support our UPMC Pittsburgh facilities.

This position works daylight Monday- Friday. Weekends off!

Purpose:
Operates Shuttle Bus and Van on assigned routes. Maintain documentation on rider-ship. Maintain safety checks, routine maintenance check on shuttle vehicles and cleans vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ridership information and report per company processes. Maintain route standards and only stray from designated route with permission of management or law enforcement.
  • Understands and monitors D.O.T. compliance. Remain compliant with all regulations and guidelines established by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA), Driver License, Medical Card, Motor Vehicle Resource (MVR).
  • Develop and foster a strong working relationship with all riders and co-workers. Provide the highest level of customer service to all passengers. Demonstrate safe working and driving actions.
  • Participates actively in maintaining cleanliness standards in bus's and UPMC facilities.
  • Fuel vehicle according to company policy.
  • Complies with all UPMC Employee Transit policies and procedures.
  • Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
