Job Title: Shuttle Driver

Reports to: Director of Mountain Adventures
The shuttle driver transports guests safely across the resort in a tram or shuttle.

Responsibilities
- Smile!
- Focus on safety for yourself and others.
- Drive guests on assigned trips on and off-property, while ensuring the safety of all passengers.
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Provide information, maps, and directions as necessary.
- Maintain shuttles: gas, oil, cleanliness - interior and exterior; fill out daily shuttle reports and report any malfunctions to Vehicle Maintenance.
- Use radios efficiently and professionally in communicating with hotel staff.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid PA State issued CDL-P driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Knowledge of and ability to operate a 15 to 25 passenger shuttle.
- Ability to drive a truck with a tram attached.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a shuttle or tram.
- Ability to climb in and out of the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. (e.g., luggage, equipment, snow removal tools).
- Ability to shovel snow and clear ice from vehicles, steps, and walkways as needed.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead for vehicle inspections and guest assistance.
- Sufficient hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate vehicle controls.
- Visual and auditory acuity to safely operate the vehicle and communicate with guests and staff.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
