Qualifications

• Must maintain a current, valid Driver’s License and CPR card.
• One year of related experience preferred for the role.

Currently we are seeking Full Time Shuttle Bus Drivers to become valued members of our team!

KQT Drivers provide compassionate, friendly and professional transport services to participants of Adult Day Care programs to/from their residence, the facility and run errands (Dr. appointments, shopping, etc.)

4 Day work week Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. must be available during this time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. DE employees DE State/FBI Criminal Background check
2. Covid Vaccination
3. Maintain current, valid Driver’s License
4. Drug Screen and DOT physical
5. High School Diploma or GED equivalent
6. Maintain current CPR card (will provide training)
7. One-year related experience preferred
8. Must have excellent Attendance and Punctuality
9. Ability to have a flexible work schedule
10. Basic computer knowledge (all documentation, timekeeping, etc., done electronically).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 125 pounds
2. Sit and stand for extended periods of time.
3. Walk, bend, squat, twist, reach, push, pull, and carry.
4. Frequently lift and/or move; including assisting participants in moving, going up/down stairs, and wheelchair assistance.
5. Work in the elements (Cold, Heat, Rain, Snow, etc.)
6. Must be able to start work at 7 a.m.
