Towne Park is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from the hotel, hospital, casino, and local area. The driver will provide courteous, safe, and efficient service, assisting guests with luggage, managing vehicle maintenance logs, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Hourly base pay: $22.25 per hour
• Schedule: 5:30am‑10:30am and 2:30pm‑7:30pm, Monday‑Friday (split shift)

Summary

The Shuttle Driver delivers guests to designated locations in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner while maintaining vehicle operability and documentation. Responsibilities include luggage assistance, vehicle inspections, adherence to HIPAA confidentiality, and use of specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts.

Essential Functions

• Shuttle guests in approved locations; learn and remember pick‑up and destination points (40%).
• Communicate courteously via telephone, radio, and in person with guests, staff, and co‑workers (20%).
• Operate a vehicle seating 16+ passengers, perform pre‑shift inspections, and record any malfunctioning items (20%).
• Protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA; assist with wheelchair operation and cleaning; provide manual assistance but not lift services (20%).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT endorsements; current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• 21+ years of age.
• At least 3 years of commercial driving experience or 9 years of licensed driving experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background, MVR, and drug screening.
• Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training and maintain bi‑annual MVR check.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking standard English; basic arithmetic skills.

Experience & Skills

• Manual transmission driving capability.
• Reading and understanding simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with dollars and cents.
• Understanding 24‑hour and military time systems and related rates.
