Towne Park is hiring CDL Shuttle Drivers in Tampa, FL. You will transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to various locations with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused approach. CDL with Passenger endorsement and DOT compliance are required, along with the ability to assist with luggage and directions.

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting guests to and/or from the hotel, hospital or casino and local area in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner using safe driving practices. They are also responsible for assisting guests with luggage including delivery and pick up of guest luggage during guest arrival and departure and maintaining the vehicle activity and maintenance logs.

As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether transporting guests, patients, visitors, and associates or assisting with luggage and wayfinding needs, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.

This posting represents multiple CDL Shuttle Driver opportunities across Towne locations. Specific responsibilities may vary by site, client, and assignment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to designated locations
• Conduct vehicle inspections and document vehicle activity in accordance with company procedures
• Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage assistance, and service-related needs
• Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
• Create positive first and last impressions
• Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality

Driving Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet DOT and client requirements
• Ability to safely operate passenger shuttle vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Additional certifications, physical examinations, or endorsements may be required based on vehicle type, site, or assignment

Compensation

Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $19 per hour.

Physical Requirements

This position regularly requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
