Corodata seeks a Shredding Product Line Manager to drive pricing strategy, support major opportunities, and oversee statewide shredding operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure compliant, efficient, and profitable service delivery.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Shredding Product Line Manager is responsible for the overall performance, growth, compliance, pricing, operational support, and strategic direction of Corodata’s Shredding business. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for shredding services, supporting Sales, Operations, Administration, IT, Accounting, and Executive Management. The position ensures consistent pricing, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, data integrity, vendor management, and customer satisfaction across the organization. Provide input regarding shredding and destruction services in the ITAD business and related destruction services.
Product Pricing & Revenue Management - Maintain the company’s shredding pricing strategy, pricing tools, and special pricing approvals. Lead the annual price increase process, establish pricing for non-standard opportunities, and support revenue optimization efforts across the product line.
Sales & Business Development Support - Provide advanced sales support for large or complex opportunities, including pricing, proposals, RFP responses, customer presentations, service design, and operational consultation. Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to develop practical solutions for unique customer requirements.
Build relationships and establish feedback mechanisms with shredding drivers statewide – Build working relationships with the shred-truck drivers, understand their capabilities relative to different shredding trucks. Build In a mechanism to get feedback about “field” experiences with customers and shredding and use that information for improvements in processes.
Key Account Support - Provide senior level support for major customer accounts by assisting with escalations, pricing decisions, reporting requirements, service improvements, and customer retention initiatives.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight – Lead Compliance activities for NAID certification and shredding business statewide. Contributes to other certifications and regulatory compliance statewide. Contribute to company-wide related certifications, audits, compliance documentation, and responses to customer compliance inquiries.
Technical Product Expertise - Provide technical guidance regarding destruction methods, specialty materials, equipment capabilities, disposal requirements, and service feasibility. Evaluate non-standard destruction requests and develop cost-effective service solutions.
Strategic Vendor & Partner Management - Partnering with legal and Senior Management, Manage relationships with key subcontractors, recycling partners, equipment suppliers, truck vendors, and lead providers. Work with legal to negotiate agreements, resolve escalations, evaluate service capabilities, and support long‑term partnerships. Participate in industry organizations to build knowledge of best practices and share learnings with leadership.
Operations & Plant Support - Oversee statewide shredding operations and plant activities through process oversight, operational problem solving, productivity initiatives, transportation coordination, and capacity planning. Partner collaboratively with managers at all sites and assist managers in resolving operational challenges and maintaining service standards.
Administrative Process Leadership - Establish and maintain operational procedures, training materials, administrative standards, and best practices. Provide guidance and training to customer service, dispatch, administration, and operations personnel while helping resolve policy and process questions.
Systems, Data & Reporting Management – Partner with IT to participate in shredding‑related business reporting systems, operational data standards, reporting tools, and data quality initiatives. Partner with IT to improve system functionality, reporting capabilities, routing platforms, and operational analytics.
Financial Reporting and Business Analysis– Partnering with accounting, involved in understanding, evaluating, and presenting monthly operational and financial results to senior leaders. Ability to analyze business performance, identify trends, and present results during management, strategic planning, and sales meetings.
