- Interact with members, applicants, providers, and agents via telephone to address concerns

- Escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist as necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance customer service skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen and serve with a focus on patients and customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration
- Experience working in a health insurance call center
- State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent’s license
