Job summary

Biloxi, Mississippi-based MGM Resorts International seeks a friendly Bartender for Coraline’s to craft cocktails and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will showcase knowledge of wines and spirits, mix drinks per recipes, and contribute to a memorable WOW experience for guests.

The role is part-time with a swing shift (Fri-Sun, 3:00pm–11:00pm) and requires flexibility for weekends/holidays. Perks include meals, health benefits, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and guest service preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standardized recipes.
• Provide food service when needed and mentor Bar Porters on bar operations.
• Maintain guest safety and sanitation procedures while delivering a WOW experience.
