Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tejon is seeking a bartender for a part-time role. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them, taking orders, and preparing cocktails with precision and flair.

Maintain bar setup, push consistency with recipes, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience, strong knowledge of beer, liquor, and wine, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Extensive beer, liquor, and wine knowledge.
• Knowledge of history and composition of common ingredients, spirits, beer, and wines.
• Spirit differentiation and drink preparation techniques.
• Excellent customer service with a positive, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take customer drink orders and greet guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service and suggest drinks and specials.
• Totals bills, processes payments, and reconciles transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and all beverage lists.
• Prepare cocktails according to recipes and maintain bar stock and cleanliness.
• Promote positive guest relations and communicate with culinary team.
