Rooms To Go Florida is seeking a Warehouse Associate to oversee showroom presentation, merchandise movement, and loading/unloading of goods. You will direct daily tasks of warehouse staff and coordinate with merchandising to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, safety, and reliable handling of merchandise, while maintaining a clean and organized work area and excellent customer service. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Supervises the tasks of 8 or more warehouse associates and warehouse lead associates.
• Unloads/loads vehicles following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Directs daily tasks of warehouse staff and coordination with merchandising.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Safe unloading and loading of merchandise from vehicles according to procedures.
• Direct daily tasks of warehouse associates and lead staff.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandise movement as directed.
• Complete operational reports and stock supplies as needed.
