Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager to uphold premier visual standards and craft engaging product displays in the showroom. The role offers developmental growth in merchandising and experience with the Arhaus brand.

You will coordinate weekly store transfers and partner with management to keep inventory at targeted levels, while supporting a collaborative team focused on presentation excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with faux finishing or specialty painting.
• Intermediate computer literacy is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours as required.
• Ability to move showroom furniture independently.
• Ability to operate common building tools and equipment.
• Comfort working with ladders as part of display setup.
• College degree or job experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.
