Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager in Charlotte, NC to uphold the brand’s high visual standards in our showroom. This developmental role offers hands-on merchandising growth and experience with the Arhaus brand, while coordinating weekly store transfers and ensuring inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

You will collaborate with management to stage product displays, move furniture as needed, and support a team focused on inspiring customers through curated environments.

Qualifications

• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision/self-motivated.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.
• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to move furniture independently around the showroom.
• Must be able to operate most building tools and equipment.
• Must feel comfortable using a ladder.
• College degree or job experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design.
