Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our showroom team in Rochester, NY. You will work with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals, offering product recommendations that meet space, style, and budget needs.

You’ll build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers on installation and product usage, and helping manage orders and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
