Position Summary

The Showroom Coordinator serves as a key operational leader within the showroom, bridging customer service with administrative and accounting functions. This role oversees process execution, vendor coordination, and systems accuracy, while mentoring CSRs and ensuring compliance with company standards. The coordinator is expected to take initiative, manage priorities, and contribute to strategic improvements.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive customer service for hearth, garage door, and HVAC‑related inquiries
• Serve as a primary point of contact for a high‑volume hearth customer, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Process and manage sales orders, purchase orders, RMAs, debit memos, and branch transfers
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to pull, stage, and load large products for customer pickup or delivery
• Assist with physical warehouse duties including lifting, moving, and loading heavy hearth and garage door materials
• Maintain accurate system records within ERP systems (e.g., Williams) for orders, inventory, and customer data
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, backorders, and delivery issues
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, tracking, and reconciliation activities
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and assist with basic accounting processes as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of showroom and warehouse areas
• Identify process improvements and support implementation with leadership
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate across departments to support business needs
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge & Skills
