Job summary

The Tile Shop in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to work in our showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will help customers meet space, style, and budget requirements, build lasting relationships, and educate on installation and use of products.

This role pays $16 per hour, with 20-30 hours per week and uncapped commissions potential. You’ll present yourself professionally and contribute to team sales goals while learning about tile

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Meet sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.
• Other duties as assigned
