Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in plumbing fixtures, lighting, and/or cabinetry preferred.

We are currently seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team.

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:
  1. Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products such as lighting, appliances, fixtures, and cabinetry.
  2. Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
  3. Greet guests upon arrival, understand their motivation for visiting, and develop lasting customer relationships.
  4. Prepare job quotations and submittals.
  5. Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints promptly and accurately.
  6. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a professional image.
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience in plumbing fixtures, lighting, and/or cabinetry preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers with varying product knowledge.
  • Understanding of basic design and interior decorating principles.
  • Ability to adopt a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.

This is a commission-eligible role with an estimated total compensation range of $50,000 - $65,000 annually.
