Qualifications

• Experience in automotive paint preparation and/or vehicle painting.
• Knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid drivers license.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces.
• Mix and apply automotive paint and finishes to manufacturer standards.
• Perform color matching and blending as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality.
• Maintain paint booth, equipment, and a clean work area.
• Work closely with collision technicians and estimators to meet production deadlines.
