Job summary

CITY Furniture, Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Showroom Staging Associate to support the Visual Merchandising team with product merchandising and showroom upkeep.

You'll work with VMCs to implement layouts, install displays, and ensure safe, clean spaces while handling weekly deliveries and RFID tagging. The role requires physical activity, heavy lifting, ladder work, and a valid Florida driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to five years of operations experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of lighting wiring and electronics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and iPad-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Showroom Product Merchandising – assist with product transitions and displays across furniture, lighting, textiles, and TVs.
• Receiving & Tagging – RFID tagging and staging home accents; move display products to warehouse as needed.
• Upkeep of Showroom Exterior & Warehouse – daily cleaning and maintenance; ensure tools and supplies are stocked.
• Maintain showroom lighting and chandeliers; handle changes to lighting as products move.
