Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front sales floor stocked, fronted, and clean, greet customers, and ensure a professional showroom. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and support with stock checks, displays, and occasional cashier duties.

You will work with the store team to maintain planograms, update pricing, and complete weekly merchandising tasks. Previous stocking experience and ability to drive a manual transmission are pluses.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Reads, writes, and matches numbers/letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team player with good collaboration.
• Stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Spanish language is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with locating merchandise or direct to parts specialists.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display fronted, full, and aligned with O'Reilly image guidelines.
• Update displays and planograms, and price labels as needed.
• Remove sale materials when sale ends and restore pricing.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns.
• Support weekly merchandising tasks with the store manager.
• Occasionally act as cashier or drive deliveries when needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
