Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Showroom Manager in Tysons Corner to lead daily store operations, coach a team of 4–5 associates, and drive sales while maintaining Purple’s visual and service standards. You will interface with customers to deliver outstanding experiences and contribute to profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in retail, leadership skills, and a commitment to Purple's values. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a store manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

• Ability to learn new technology and manage time effectively.
