Purple Mattress is seeking a friendly, communicative store manager to oversee daily operations at our Tysons store. You will lead a team of 4–5 retail associates, engage with customers, and drive store profitability while upholding Purple's service standards.

This role requires 5+ years in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to learn new technology. Expect a base salary of $70,000 per year plus monthly commissions, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule.

Compensation

The compensation for this role is $70,000 annually. In addition, this role is eligible for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales, per the commission agreement terms and conditions.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of high school diploma; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a store manager role
• Be comfortable learning & adapting to new technology
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities

• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
