Job summary

ProSource Wholesale in Erie is seeking an Assistant Kitchen and Bath Designer for our showroom. This design-sales role coordinates kitchen and bath projects, assists with product selections, and supports trade professionals and clients from concept to finish.

You’ll track project status, quote and order products, present designs, maintain displays, and develop product knowledge. A Monday–Friday schedule with no retail hours is offered, plus a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of kitchen and bath design experience preferred.
• Comfortable presenting products and design selections to customers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Track and update the status of kitchen and bath projects
• Quote, order, and track kitchen and bath products
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and the sales team throughout projects
• Assist with product selections and presentations
• Document project details and provide updates to customers and team members
• Create designs in Cyncly Design Flex software as needed
• Maintain showroom kitchen and bath displays, pricing, and samples
• Develop expertise in kitchen and bath products
• Participate in educational events and trainings for trade professionals
