Job summary

California Closets CCO is seeking a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator in Bellevue to drive market growth by blending sales administration with local marketing execution. You will manage CRM leads, support client experience, and coordinate campaigns and events that raise brand awareness and showroom traffic.

This Monday–Friday, full-time role requires excellence in marketing, social media, and event management, with evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in business or sales administration preferred.
• 1–2 years of admin and/or customer service experience in construction/home renovations or luxury brand environment.
• Ability to data entry quickly and accurately.
• Calendar management/ regional scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing tactics to increase showroom traffic and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns and events.
• Maintain local marketing channels including website, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and social platforms.
• Manage showroom events and educational workshops.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and web. Ensure timely follow-up of leads.
• Coordinate showroom and major company events with vendors.
