Job summary

Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses in Kentucky is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to greet and wow our customers with excellent service in a fast-paced showroom environment. The role involves directing customers to departments and assisting with translation between customers and sales professionals to place orders.

The position is on-site with a schedule including Thursday 12pm-5pm, Friday 12pm-5pm, Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm, and Monday 12pm-5pm.

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Do you enjoy working in a fast pace speaking to customers and interacting with people? Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses is looking for energetic, engaging, hard working individuals to greet and “Wow” our customers with excellent customer service in a professional team oriented environment and to assist in directing them to the requested department in the showroom.

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00/ Hr

Schedule: Thursday 12pm-5pm, Friday 12pm-5pm, Saturday 11am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm, Monday 12pm-5pm.

Greeting customers in a friendly professional manner.

Direct customers accordingly to various departments in the showroom.

Assisting with translation between customer and sales professional to allow for accurate placement of their furniture order.

Must be able to be on your feet for 5 to 8 hours in a showroom setting.
