Job summary

Cardi's Furniture & Mattresses in Chicopee, MA is seeking a friendly, energetic customer service associate to greet customers and guide them to departments, delivering a “Wow” experience in our showroom.

You will assist customers in Spanish, translate between customers and sales professionals for accurate furniture orders, and be on your feet for 5–8 hours in the showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Energetic, engaging, and hard-working individuals with great customer service.
• Ability to direct customers to the requested department in the showroom.
• Experience assisting Spanish-speaking customers is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for 5 to 8 hours in a showroom.

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 Hourly
