Job summary

Lubbock Event Rentals is hiring for a customer service position in Lubbock, Texas. The role requires answering calls and emails, creating quotes, and maintaining an inviting showroom. Candidates must be friendly, reliable, and efficient, with a typing speed of at least 40wpm. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls with a friendly attitude.
• Respond to customer emails and online inquiries promptly.
• Create quotes using our easy-to-use internal booking system.
• Help make our showroom look inviting and beautiful.
• Keep the showroom clean and fresh for everyone to enjoy.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage inventory needs.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly.
