Job summary

Havertys Furniture in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Display Coordinator/Office Assistant to maintain showroom display standards and support sales teams. You will process sales, payments, answer phones, and schedule deliveries, with hands-on training starting on day one.

Role may include in-home design support and administrative tasks while adhering to company display policies and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training required; two or more years of retail display experience preferred.
• General computer skills including Word, Excel, and O365.
• Strong math, communication, and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and present merchandise on showroom floor per Best Seller Report and Display Plan.
• Assist sales consultants and help customers choose furniture and accessories.
• Process customer sales and payments; balance cash fund daily.
• Coordinate and display accessories per Corporate Display Standards; schedule deliveries.
