Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Showroom Customer Service Representative in New York, NY to assist customers on the showroom floor, support Outside Sales, and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse. You will help with timely quotations and ensure accurate order processing to meet customer needs.

You will update customer contracts, answer general information calls, and work closely with the Showroom Sales team to deliver personalized service.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication for in-person and phone sales.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities
