Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is seeking a Showroom CSR to join the Customer Service team in Payson, Utah. This role involves in-person customer inquiries, processing orders, returning goods, and maintaining showroom cleanliness while collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

• Document transactions according to procedures.
• Operate cash register and card machine.
• Process customer returns.
• Keep showroom stocked and clean.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm, alternating Saturdays

What you will do in this role:

• Handle customer inquiries in person
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into system / Update existing customer information
• Process customers' orders
• Identify and escape priority issues
• Follow up customer calls when necessary
• Document transaction information according to standard operating procedures
• Use of cash register and credit card machine
• Process customer returns
• Keeping showroom stocked and clean
• Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by the means of self-propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and up to 45 pounds assisted or if capable.
