Rocky Mountain ATV is hiring for warehouse operations and logistics roles in a fast-paced environment. The team values powersports enthusiasts and offers growth opportunities within a 100% employee-owned company.

Positions include various shifts (evenings and weekend options) and emphasize reliable attendance, safety, and collaborative work habits to meet demanding shipping targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, numbers, and specs.
• Must be able to work the scheduled hours.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Strong work ethic focused on commitment, quality, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support material handling, packaging, and distribution.
• Collaborate with team to ensure products are received, inventoried, and distributed for high-speed delivery.
• Use independent judgment to meet operations and service quality targets.
• Contribute to inventory control and storage optimization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedules Available:

• Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm
• Sunday-Thursday 3:30pm-12:00am
• Sunday-Wednesday 10:30am-9:00pm
• Sunday 7:30am-6:00pm Wednesday-Friday 10:30am-9:00pm

• Use independent judgment and decision making to ensure operations and quality of service are met.

• Provide material handling, packaging, and distribution of products.
• Perform inventory control procedures including monitoring and maintain optimal storage/inventory efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is desired but not necessary. Rocky Mountain is committed to providing training and development for all employees to build their professional experience and capabilities.
• Ability to understand, read, and/or comprehend instructions and directions including different numbers and specifications.
• Must be able to work scheduled hours.
• Be a collaborative team player who is willing to work with others and independently.

Physical Requirements:

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by the means of self-propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language.

Lifting and Carrying: Employees must be able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move materials, equipment, supplies, or other items as required by the position. Employees may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance or if physically capable of doing so safely. Weight requirements may vary depending on the position and the specific duties performed.
