Qualifications

• Must currently have a real estate license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

• Willingness to drive and spend time in vehicle to serve clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and match to homes.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in real estate and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch.
• Guide clients to homes with the sales agent.
• Provide detailed feedback to confirm or refine client search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
