Five Star Bath Solutions of Georgetown is a family‑owned and operated business specializing in walk‑in shower remodeling. We're growing and looking for the right person to join our team.

No experience? No problem.

This is a entry‑level, trainee program. Over the course of this six‑month program, you will learn the skills to be a shower installer. Throughout this program, you will be expected to demonstrate skills you have learned. At the conclusion of the six months, you will be expected to be fully capable of independently completing shower remodels.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced installers in the preparation and installation of shower units.
• Learn measuring, fabrication, and installation techniques.
• Support the team in ensuring all installations meet company standards.
• Load, unload, and transport job materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures on job sites.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with homeowners.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
