Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts in the Midwest is seeking a Shower & Bath Installer to join our award-winning installation team. This full-time W2 role comes with paid training, all tools provided, and a clear path to lead installer as you gain experience.

Expect compensation from $75,000 to $110,000 annually with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO (plus birthday off) and a 401(k) with company match. You will install bath systems quickly while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install bath systems in 1-2 days using carpentry, plumbing, and construction skills.
• Install showers with Jacuzzi branded panel systems—no tile.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and respect homeowner property.
• Follow installation standards during service requests.
