West Shore Home is seeking a Shower and Bath Installer in Indianapolis, IN. You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to customer homes, greet homeowners, and perform safe install of bath or shower components while following SOPs and PPE guidelines.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, working early hours (start around 6:30 AM), and delivering a five-star customer experience; a valid driver’s license and basic tool knowledge are required, with competitive hourly pay and a sign-on

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
