As a Bathroom Remodeler on our Charlotte team, you will join us in our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers.

You will report directly to our Installation Manager and collaborate closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

What It Takes to Succeed

• Have experience or a desire to learn carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction
• Have basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Pay strong attention to detail
• Can accurately read a tape measure
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Have a smartphone or smart device for logging into required systems with two-factor authentication

A Day in the Life

This role involves:

• Meeting at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gathering materials, and loading trucks
• Driving to customers’ homes, greeting, and establishing rapport
• Performing controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area
• Installing new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, updating plumbing as needed
• Maintaining attention to detail and cleaning up after installation
• Obtaining signed documents and payments from customers, then returning to the warehouse

• Schedule: Non-exempt, Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30AM, with variable end times
