Job summary

Portside Health & Rehab Center in Portsmouth, VA is seeking a Shower Aide CNA who provides compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor comfort, and support the care plan under supervision.

Full-time and part-time roles available. Shifts 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Wage range is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Nursing Assistant registry in Virginia (or applicable state) in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED; guidance to earn GED available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per care plan and supervisor instructions.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Maintain health, sanitation and infection control practices.
