OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Shower Aide for the Rehabilitation Center of Independence in Independence, MO. You will assist residents with showers and personal hygiene, under supervision, while supporting daily activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Requirements include a current CNA license, CPR/BLS certification, and about 6 months of CNA or clinical experience. A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered to joining staff who meet criteria, with opportunities to grow in a caring,

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Compassion, patience and genuine care for elderly residents.
• Ability to work well with residents, families, and team members.
• Reliable, positive and dependable in daily duties.
• 6 months CNA or clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with showers and personal hygiene.

We’re looking for a caring and dependable Shower Aide to assist residents with personal care and help ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with showers and personal hygiene

• Provide routine nursing care under the direction of the Charge Nurse/RN Supervisor

• Support daily activities such as making beds, cleaning bedside areas, and keeping fresh water available

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Current CNA license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• At least 6 months of CNA or clinical experience, preferred

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for the elderly and those with disabilities

• Ability to work well with residents, families, and team members

• Reliable, positive, and ready to make a difference every day
